– Monitoring and managing the operation of utility systems to ensure infrastructure maintenance activities related air-compressor, Chiller system, ventilation air conditioning, forklift…serving Utility topic for factory
– Performing regular inspections and maintenance of utility systems.
– Project management: Work with construction vendor (determine and request an undertaking’s resource requirements by identifying needs and sourcing the money or labor…).
– Estimating project timelines and resource requirements.
– Monitor the construction of vendor at site
– Inspect and conduct acceptance record for construction project or drawings
– Take the lead in managing cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects and assist in implementing process improvement projects.

– Strong in maintenance related air-compressor, Chiller system, ventilation air conditioning, forklift, including lighting electricity and water, willing to learn new systems.
– Project management (determine and request an undertaking’s resource requirements by identifying needs and sourcing the money or labor…).
– Basic knowledge about building construction maintenance.
– Be able to read and understand technical drawings
– Advanced in team management skill.
– English language proficiency.
