    Job Purpose:
    We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions .Head of Operations responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing technology solutions. Head of Operations should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business. The Head of Operations is a member of senior most leadership teams and works in close tandem with Purchases, Sales, Marketing & other departments to achieve smooth customer-focused performance. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.
    Responsibilities:
    • Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
    • Design policies that align with overall strategy
    • Implement efficient processes and standards
    • Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
    • Ensure compliance with local and international laws.
    • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
    • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
    • Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
    • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
    • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
    • Drive cross-functional alignment on customer and operational priorities.
    • Strategically plan to enable our team to proactively respond to the dynamics of our networks, customers, and operations.
    • Ensure issues are tackled by understanding the root cause and creating the respective solutions to serve for Operations.
    • Plan, structure, and manage complex analyses concurrently to develop key insights and delivery performance enhancement pursuant to business goals.

    Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

    Requirements and skills:
    • Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
    • Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT etc.,
    • Good command of Vietnamese and English in both verbal and writing.
    • Experience with implementing polices procedures for all departments
    • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
    • Good with numbers and financial planning
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
    • Analytical mind and Problem-solving aptitude
    • Demonstrated ability or history of achievements to drive complex projects to completion with strong project management, communication, and influencing skills.
    • A strong leadership skill with innovative and growth mindset to drive team members to achieve team’s goals
