Mô tả công việcGENERALThe senior role of Factory Manager will be responsible for Cashew Kernels Processing in Vietnam.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcessing of Cashew Kernels:- Work with local partner/partners to ensure the processing of Raw Cashew Nuts and Natural Whole Kernels into Cashew Kernels- Develop production schedules for the raw materials as per finished good specifications and raw material arrival plan- Ensure that the finished goods are as per the initial expected quality report with minimal deviation- Coordinate work with maintenance and machine operators to ensure machines are running at rated capacity- Primary ownership of the processing reports and ensuring that they are sent on a periodic basisQuality Management and Food Safety:- Knowledgeable about QMS like BRC and HACCP and implement them in the processing factory- Lead quality team to ensure that the finished product was as per the customer’s requirements- Ensure practices of Food Safety are being followed in the factory and report any non-compliance- Ensure that other factory certifications like ISO, BFSI, etc are implemented as well in the factory- Stock management of the cargo that is processed in the factoryBudget Control:- Track the expenses in the factory and ensure costs are below budgeted amounts- Work with the Accounts team to ensure payments are made to vendors on timeTeam Management:- Hiring, training, supervising, and work allocation of the staff and labor at the processing factory- Coordinate with the central logistics team to ensure timely dispatch to port or other specified locationYêu cầu công việc- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related fields- Experience: 5+ years of experience in agricultural commodities like cashew is plus- Communication: Strong communication skills and problem-solving- Other skills: Fluency in English; Negotiation, contract, financial, and project management skills; good customer relationship, dependable, well organized, need to be able to multi-task, energetic, devoted, diligent, enthusiastic, open-mind.- Computers: Proficiency in MS software; learning new resource planning systems.Quyền lợi được hưởngCompetitive salary and bonusProfessional and active working environmentSocial insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labor LawsThông tin khácNgày Đăng Tuyển29/06/2023Cấp BậcTrưởng phòngNgành NghềNông nghiệp/Lâm nghiệp, Sản Xuất, An toàn lao độngKỹ NăngAnh Văn, Cashew Processing, Factory Management, Factory Operations, Processing IndustryNgôn Ngữ Trình Bày Hồ SơBất kỳNộp hồ sơ liên hệ Công Ty Trách Nhiệm Hữu Hạn Thương phẩm Atlantic Việt NamNộp hồ sơ ngay
