– Participate in supervision of turbine installation and commissioning.
Proficiently operate steam turbines and auxiliary equipment (condensing and backpressure turbine)
– Knows how to start the starting an condensing turbine from cold/warm or hot condition, turn gear operation and method of running up to speed necessity and ensure uniform heating, critical speed avoiding, vibration at critical speeds.
– Understand the generator basics such that is able to discuss with electrical team for generator related operating and maintenace need and is able to give clearance that turbine can be synchronized.
– Turbine troubles and remedies. Conduct routine machinery checks and records anomalities, follow the trend and study of abnormalities during operation and make remedial measures. Identify troubles, such as loss of vacuum, air leakage, low oil pressure, hot bearings, etc. Vibration – their causes and make remedies.
– Handle normal and abnormal operation and incidents according to procedures, ensuring safety, economic operation and protection of personal safety and company’s properties;
– Able to adjust technical parameters to ensure the operating mode of steam turbibes meeting the pulp mill power and steam demand
– Is able to read and understand technical documents. Be able to present and explain the turbine control principles, technical parameters, operating modes of equipment. Understand the turbine controller and PLC and knows what pressing the button correspond to the process.
– Be able to present and analyze common failures of operating equipment in steam turbines
– Be able to analyze, evaluate and come up with solutions to handle common problems and situations during the operation of steam turbines.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
– Vocational colleges on power sector.
– At least 6 years working experience in power plant operation, of which at least 2 years operating steam turbines.
– Has required lisence/special training to operate steam turbines.
